When developing a new concept, it is essential to identify the core skills of the organisation while also reinventing its entire operational framework. This transformation demands an openness to creative thinking. A well-facilitated creative process empowers individuals who may not typically see themselves as creative to explore new ideas and experiment. As a result, this approach can lead to the successful launch of innovative products and services.
A well-supported creative process enhances individuals’ sense of inclusion and strengthens the organisational culture, thereby fostering innovation throughout the organisation.
We were a strategic partner in the creation of PHM Aski
We had the honour to be a strategic partner in the development of PHM Aski, an innovative cleaning industry concept that emphasised a culture of respect and inclusive collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
The six-month process operated on multiple levels, leading to the creation and productisation of the PHM Aski concept while also strengthening the organisational culture of appreciation and inclusion. An inclusive approach involved 120 people in the development and testing phases. The collaborative and inclusive approach enabled the successful launch of the Aski concept within just six months. The success of the PHM Aski project highlights the transformative power of creative thinking and inclusive collaboration.

Olimme aivan uuden äärellä lähtiessämme konseptoimaan asuinkiinteistösiivousta. Teiltä saamamme sparraus, asioiden sanoittaminen ja sitoutuminen projektiimme ovat olleet isoja tekijöitä sen onnistumisessa.
Kun lähtee luomaan jotain uutta, sen sanoittaminen on usein haastavaa. Osasitte sanoittaa muutostarpeitamme siinä vaiheessa, kun meille tuli tunne, että vain itse ymmärrämme mitä haluamme, mutta emme onnistuneet sitä kertomaan muille ymmärrettävässä muodossa. Yhteistyön edetessä oli avoimeen keskusteluun ja luovaan prosessiin osallistuminen motivoivaa ja helppoa. Näin saimme monta asiaa työstettyä aivan uudelle tasolle prosessin aikana. Tämä oli myös ratkaiseva tekijä saavuttaessamme haluamamme tulokset. Sydämelliset kiitokset!
