In navigating the challenges of the future, one certainty is that not all changes can be anticipated. Therefore, future competencies focus on enhancing the resilience of all personnel and their capacity to confront uncertainty. This requires creating an environment where the needs of both personnel and management are continuously heard and where trust is built, fostered, and supported throughout every level of the organisation.
Co-working with Osuuspankki Eura, we delivered Inclusive Future Coaching to foster a forward-thinking and diverse organisational culture
Yeppis successfully implemented an inclusive future coaching program for our client, Osuuspankki Eura. This training enhanced the entire work community’s ability to cope with uncertainty and adapt to an ever-changing market.
By building existing strengths, fostering mutual support, and equipping everyone to handle challenging emotions, the program helped solidify the organisation’s resilience. Over the course of a year, the training was systematically conducted with full staff participation in close collaboration with the organisation’s management.
